Keynote Speaker

Tamika Catchings

WNBA star Tamika Catchings is among the most accomplished and respected American athletes both on and off of the court. Her career arc—from college, to WNBA and Olympic play—is second-to-none, including three Olympic gold medals, WNBA MVP honors, Finals MVP honors, a WNBA Championship, and nine WNBA All-Star recognitions. In 2006, Tamika was named to the WNBA's All-Decade Team.

Off the court, Tamika takes every opportunity to give back to the community and inspire others. In 2004, she established the Catch the Stars Foundation, which is dedicated to empowering youth to achieve their dreams by providing goal-setting programs to promote literacy, fitness and mentoring. In addition to her own foundation initiatives, Tamika serves on a number of panels and committees and has appeared with First Lady Michelle Obama during her "Let's Move" tour.
